Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the jewelry in its original Pandora box along with the receipt and any promotional gifts received with the purchase.

  Ship or Drop-off

  Send the package via our authorized courier partners or visit any physical Pandora™ PH boutique to hand over your return for inspection.

  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a replacement within 7-10 business days.
