What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), GCash, Maya, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected areas within the Philippines.
How long does shipping take within the Philippines?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days for Metro Manila and 5-10 business days for provincial areas. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
How can I ensure I am buying authentic Pandora jewelry?
Pandora PH only sells 100% authentic products. Each piece features our signature ALE hallmark, which stands for Algot Enevoldsen, the father of Pandora’s founder.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Items can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt if they are in original condition with the receipt and packaging. Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How do I find my correct bracelet size?
Measure your wrist tightly and add 2cm to that measurement. You can also refer to our detailed Size Guide located on each product page to ensure a perfect fit.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, all Pandora jewelry is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
